ENGLAND: Cider Museum in Hereford
Learn all about the history of cider making, how apples were pressed and how the juice was then fermented into cider. The museum is in a former cider making factory, and visitors can explore original champagne cider cellars, see cider making mills and presses, a cooper's workshop and a vat house. The collection also includes: cider related paintings, photographs, films and oral history recordings. The Museum also organises a programme of cider related events and the annual International Cider and Perry Competition.
