Tips for the travelling artist

oil paints To save any possible hassle and avoid the additional weight of packing your paints, first check if the painting holiday or course you're booked on includes materials, if the provider can supply/sell on materials, or if they are available to buy nearby. If not, a neat answer is to make an online order with your preferred art supplier, or one that's reasonably local to your destination, and get that delivered to your destination directly. Of course, do it well in advance of your trip and ensure the course provider knows to expect the delivery.
