This includes baking, cake making, bread, range cookery (Aga cooking), sugar-craft and cake decoration, vegetarian and seafood cookery; and a range of cuisines including Italian, French, Thai, Spanish tapas, Greek, Mexican, Indian, Japanese etc.
Courses may take place in dedicated cookery schools or in holiday accommodation (such as hotels or guest houses) with suitable kitchens and where the overnight accommodation is on the premises. We list both private cookery tuition and group classes.
Look for well equipped kitchens, small class sizes, well qualified experienced chefs and tutors, cookery demonstrations and top quality local produce. Look for special courses too: be that cooking for men, children's classes, or cooking for gap year placements such as ski chalets or luxury yachts.
