The travel-quest singles holidays lists dedicated singles holidays, short breaks, weekend getaways, vacations, courses and tours for people traveling alone in the UK, abroad in Europe, the US and Worldwide. These may be offered by travel companies dedicated entirely to solo travellers, or by companies offering particular holidays for singles within its main programme of tours. We also list travel companies which don't offer dedicated singles trips but who make special efforts to welcome solo holidaymakers – this might be in the form of offering no single supplements, pro-actively arranging room shares, ensuring eating arrangements are inclusive, or making other special arrangements for lone travellers. We check for evidence of these offerings on the websites we review and, where necessary, directly with each travel company. We need to see some text on the website aimed specifically at the solo traveller, welcoming them and explaining why they will be welcome on the trips.
